This a skin of a character from the video game, Final Fantasy Tactics. She's kind of a side character and not super important, but her story does intertwine with the main plot and drives a more central character (Her brother) to do stuff. She's probably my favourite character from the game. If you haven't played it, I suggest you try it out~ (It's War of the Lions on both ios and PSP). Cheers
