Lilly Satou, from the popular visual novel Katawa Shoujo.

I based this skin off my previous two of her and redid the outfit based on a scene in Katawa Shoujo. I made this skin specially for use in fancy occasions in my server, and I forgot I hadn't shared it with the world.

This skin is of her in a cheongsam, the same one she wears to a date with Hisao in a memorable scene in her route.
