The program I like to use for making stuff like this is GIMP. GIMP has many awesome tools which helps you with shading and stuff like that, and also it's really easy to use. Btw I like the idea behind this skin althought I didn't understand why there were red stuff on his jumper... Keep up the good work and try out shading more and more. It's a very good thing to know about when you are making skins. (PS. You don't need to look at my skins for shading-tips, because I haven't uploaded any of my best skins :D ).
