This is a compacted history of the House Blad-Raven. The Blad-Ravens originally come from the Northlands across the eastern sea. It is believed that the name comes from the House once being a very religious group that served the Goddess Morgana, the Raven of War. Accounts say that When the king of the Northlands disobeyed the oracle of Morgana, the Blad-Ravnes rose up in rebellion. Details of the rebellion have been destroyed, but we know that the rebels lost. Facing destruction, the youngest son of Khalvar Blad-Raven, Haljmar, was escorted out of the northlands. The Ship captain escorting him knew of a land across the Eastern sea. When Haljmar and his escorts got to this land, they went into hiding in the forrest., years later, Hrodva, the knight in charge of protecting Haljmar was notified that the King of the northlands had been overthrown by another rebellion, and that it was safe to come back. The Blad-Ravens however had lost all of their lands in the northlands. Haljmar decided that he would simply stay in this new land. He released this knights from service and they were free to go home. Haljmar then spent the next few years creating a small homestead for himself. As his farm got bigger and more wanderers in search of work came to him, his homestead slowly grew into a town. This is where we are at now.
