Looks pretty good. I don't know why you only shaded the hair and nothing else. You should shade the entire skin! It will look a lot nicer. If you're unsure, there are plenty of shading tutorials around the site to help you out! Just keep practicing, man! You'll only get better!

With my experience, I believe (just me probably) that girls shouldn't be heavily detailed, I honestly think over-shaded skins look tacky, the clothes aren't shaded because it'll get rid of the texture; making the thread unrecognizable!
