This is my entry for the Cyberpunk Reloaded Offical Contest

Here is some information about this character

Once, a girl fell into Neon City. Her name was Alkira. (Ah-la-k-kara) She had no clue of her past and couldn't remember a thing. Alkira always got into fights at first but then she finally made a name for herself. She made a group she calls "Glowing Police."

Akira has got the inside of her arm replaced with metal because uh well some "stuff" hurt her during a fight. Akira always wears clothes so bright they say it washed out her soul .or her skin weirdios xD

(Yes I know this is poorly written but I kinda had an idea for her but I have to go like now so....)
