Made for the contest! This, the forest root caretaker (which is ent like) spends it's time caring for the roots of trees as it is too small for the limbs and places higher up! Oh, and a friendly owl dwells in it, keeping watch and warning of danger!

I almost kinda feel like the owl inside the root caretaker is the "brains" of the being...just chillin' out inside while the big guy exterior does what is needed in terms of common caretaking tasks. :D Thus you've a perfect description with this entry as well!
