You think dryads are just some beautiful tree creatures? "Oh, how beautiful, duids and druidesses transformed to be closer to nature," I hear you say? Not in these parts. Not anymore.

Some dark magic or other's got to those druids. Now, they're mindless creatures, and they'll lure you in and claim you. Turn you into one of them, some say. Others suspect they just kill ye.

Either way, whatever's taken them over, it's contained in those flowery vines. So you fancy going into those woods and facing down those foul temptresses, don't touch the vines.

You still say I'm mad? Well, then I'll have no remorse seeing ye with bark for skin.

This is my entry for Ip's Pick a Palette Jam, using the Dark Forest palette. I wanted to take inspiration from dryads in Greek mythology and D&D, but also wanted to put a dark twist on it, so here we are with a druidess corrupted by Dark Magic! This is easily the most complicated skin I've ever made, and I hope you enjoy it. Maybe you'll use it for some roleplay, or maybe you just like how it looks.
