According to FishStacks, the Brewer of Eyes is a creature from the depths of our world. It hunts its own species and inhabits the ruins of an old civilization. They collect the eyes of their enemies to create some of the strangest potions the overworld has to offer... now, they are near extinction, hunted by their own species over decades and decades, with wounds that no potion can heal.
