Level 15 : Journeyman Architect

I made this skin tonight while watching Bob's Burgers.

I'm really proud of the progress I'm making since I've learned how to do proper shading.

I did get lazy with the hair though.

I think if you make the hair slightly less black you'll have more room to add shading to it. Also, make the hair on the arms closer to the skin color so it looks more "thin" if that makes any sense

Yeah, I figured I could do something more with the hair but it was like 5 AM and I got lazy and tired so I just wrapped it up as simple as I could. I'm progressively learning how to do this so hopefully I'll be a lot better soon enough. Just gotta keep practicing, then over time I'll go back and edit the skins that need fixed up so it's nicer looking, haha.

You're really making progress man! It's like an entirely new skin-maker is on your account .o.

Never forget eyebrows! They always end up defining the face in my opinion. For cartoony skins like this don't be afraid to add a little grin or frown under bob's famous mustache. Like with any sort of artwork, exaggerate features to capture it's essence better.

I think it all looks good though. If you check out my skins from just a few days ago I've made major improvements, so I'm not gonna be really good until i learn more to it and find some techniques that are easier for me, yknow?
