This is an android nuclear reactor worker. It has the radioactive signs so people can avoid the robot, the suit protects the biogeneticly grown android flesh. The control module is a reciever connected to where would would expect the right ear (Inspired by Dr.Who). The power is stored in a cell on the back of the flesh. It suit is covered in nuclear lapranium (My clever way of combining lapiz and uranium.) and shows the android has been walking in and picking up the stuff.
