Minato Namikaze was the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure.
He was famous in life for his speed, leading to the moniker of Konoha's Yellow Flash.
He died during the Nine-Tails' attack on Konoha,
sacrificing his life to seal a part of the Nine-Tails into his newborn son,
Naruto Uzumaki.

You always see minato smiling in the show, so I tried to do the same thing with the skin itself lmao. Though, guess i'll just remove it then
