Pets, Rare Gems & New Gamemodes

In our attepmts to update and upgrade MCB to the latest updates, we have decided to add 2 new features. The first of these is Pets.

Our pets are unique, once you unlock on one realm they will follow you throughout every realm. Each realm has a different selection of unlockable pets and a different method to unlocking them, typically a quest or task to be done, killing monsters, completing levels or costing resources, for more information on the pets available to each realm and the methods to unlocking them there is an kind old man who can tell you all about each pet and how you might find them, however he doesnt hand them out, but perhaps there is others who will, or maybe make you pay for pets too, he can be found at every servers spawn - you can also see the attached image for a list of available pets.

Our second feature and new type of currency on the realm, Rare Gems - exclusive to Vanilla.

Now you might ask, how do we get Rare Gems? Rare Gems can be found through various means, you can find them by fishing, killing mobs has a chance of dropping Rare Gems, passive hostile and more, even bosses can drop them. You can also find them by mining the rare ores too, but be aware, if you die with them on you youll loose them forever and have to go re-find them. These new gems can also be used to buy other things such as more sethomes, and possibly used in upcomming features as well. If you are lucky enough to get a Rare gem you can talk to shady dealer at the vanilla spawn.

Currently we have 3 gamemodes up and running, vanilla, parkour and hardcore, we hope to be adding to these, and with your continued support of the server, will hopefully be happening soon.

Speaking of new gamemodes, Parkour 3.0 is now out and there is 4 different types, easy, medium and hard, and lastly adventure, youll start off with access to some of the easy difficulty levels and once you complete every level in a difficulty bracket youll be able to progress to the next difficulty. Adventure is an extended parkour course with checkpoints every so often aswell. The new difficulties on parkour also come with a highly requested feature, leaderboards, you can now see your fastest time doing every course, against other players times too. However it is also completely optional to keep track of that in the end.

In the new hardcore gamemode, its as simple as its name, one death and its all over, this also makes the pets on hardcore all that more rewarding so try your best to survive and beat the game.
