We do restarts from time to time to free up RAM. And we do have tons of plugins which makes our startup time longer. I'd like to help you further if you still cannot join the server.

From my very short experience it's a cool little server in every way, but if I had to say something negative it would probably be the difficulty curve. When you join you have the option to do /rtp and teleport to a random part of the wilderness, but the problem is that I as a new player was greeted immediately by a lvl 9000-MURDER spider that spat acid on me and rapid fire killed my ass in seconds.
