This is a 1:1 scale model of the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier that served in World War II. It was inspired by flan's WWII planes mod (back before the big code rewrite) which can be found here:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/182918-125flans-mod-rewritten-and-now-totally-awesome/. The USS Enterprise was the most decorated ship of World War II, and was one of the 3 aircraft carriers constructed before the war that survived the entire war. The ship is 827 feet long (252 blocks). I created it to be a near perfect replica, but I still have a lot of work to go. The deck and bridge are finished. I now have to finish the hull, and build the interior of the ship. I plan to use the finished ship in an adventure map that I have only just started. (images soon)
