I recently discovered a way to make random numbers very fast to generate in Minecraft using the stats command. I created it because Dragnoz, an amazing redstone and command block YouTuber, recently said in one of his videos that dispenser randomness was the fastest we can go at the moment.Knowing that wasn't true at all, I set out to create the contraption I imagined!
