          The Siege of Nymfhill

The Siege of Nymfhill is a dungeon from the abandoned project Anoria. You can learn more about the project here: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/valoria-a-fantasy-adventure-open-world-map/

What is a dungeon?
Dungeons are instanced worlds requiring high level of skill and experience to conquer. The enemies inside are hard to defeat. There are allowed up to a certain amount of players to enter them making the dungeon even harder, since you cant bring a whole army with you. Completing dungeons would earn you strong and unique items.

So, what is this dungeon about?
This is the first dungeon the Orc players encounter. The entrance of the dungeon is inside the Sand Elven Fort. At the dungeon there are mostly Sand Elves as well as golems from the ancient race of the High Elves.

What is the lore of this dungeon?
The Sand Elves have been a thorn in the Dark Empire's back for a long while. The Guerrilla type warfare has been exhausting the Orc army. The Dark Empire, willing to end this war, has been trying to find their base of operation for years, which is hard since the Sand Elves are a nomadic race. With the introduction out of the way, we now have the Ruined City of Nymfhill, an easily fortifiable city, on a strategic location. A group of archeologists, while reseaching this ancient city, discover a lot of Sand Elven activity in the area. After notifying the Dark Empire, they come to the conclusion that they are planning to settle in the city for good. So they start a siege on the city. Meanwhile, the player with his team, infiltrate the city from within, hoping to weaken their defences, or even better, assassinate the King of the Sand Elves.

An interesting thing to note is that part of the dungeon is available on the open world itself. And the difference is clear between the open world and the dungeon version, as the city is on siege on the dungeon version.
Here, the dungeon version has Elite soldiers guarding the area.

The dungeon version has the gate closed, since there is a siege happening

Here you can see the resource stash is gone(like many spread around the city), as they are used in the siege.

Lastly, on the first version we have some troops training at the inner walls, next to the cities blacksmith, while on the dungeon version, the troops are locked in formation ready for the attackers to break through.

What are the bosses inside the dungeon?

The dungeon has 5 bosses. The dungeon has 5 bosses. The bosses were planned to have a lot more mechanics than the ones released here. But their basic design is:
The leader of the Treasure Hunters inside the Mountain.
A High Elven War Machine, inside the High Elven Workshop.
The Commander of the Sand Elves, at the main Gate.
The High Priest of the Sand Elves, inspiring his units at the Inner Gate.
The Sand Elf King himself, inside the Palace of Nymfhill.

Here is the gear the Bosses Drop.

Things to note:
First of all, the images with an *, are images that not from the actual map. The places with the *, can be found on the Anoria project, given link earlier on the post.
Secondly, you will need to keep in mind that this dungeon is not complete. All of the bossfights are not complete and many mobs are yet to be added as well as commands, features etc. However, I have layed out some example loot the players should have obtained by then, in case you want to see the mob clearing experience. The dungeon is made for 3 players, but there hasn't been any balancing done, so the dungeon might be really easy, or impossible to complete.
To play this map, you will need to install Forge 1.12.2 with the CustomNPCs mod, as well as Optifine 1.12.2 with the texture pack Conquest. The conquest of the sun shaders are recommended, but not required. Links are given on the Anoria project.
Lastly, any feedback about the map is welcome. If this map gets enough traction, we might work a cleaner and more balanced version.
