Very nice buildings, very well don, a very unique style indeed. But, something about the map just doesn't seem right. it's not alive. i think you need to work on the roads/streets. it's way too plain and tidy. how about adding some 'dirtiness' to the city. a little touch of grass, dirt and gravel. add some standshops, add some dirtiness on the water as well. maybe add some gondolas or some sort of water transportation. Try to imagine the city Venice or Rome. Why add dirtiness? well, one; it's a city. Cities are crowded, full of people. 2; it's not something grand like your Icemoor Crystal Palace. it's a city, and a city isn't a city without people. and that's way you need to add dirtiness to it to make the city feels alive. I recommend adding some stands near the dome theater, in front of the (what i assume is;) City hall.
The city streets is really tidy, way too tidy. maybe add some pattern onto it or make it broken in some parts in the city. add potholes to crowded places and change the streets into a mixture of stoneslabs, dirt, gravel and sand in crowded residential area
