This is a modern concept home that I recently built on my YouTube channel, Apple Orchard Thief, as part of my Modern Neighborhood series. This is the first house of the series which is followed by many more houses to come. 

In this house you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, a utility room,  a full kitchen, and 2 living spaces. Some features include a fireplace, large covered area on front of house, several closets, a few bookcases, and bar stools next to the kitchen.
