The Sjitzi swamps have always been deemed dangerous. Normal folks avoid the darkness the spreads under the mighty canopy of the trees that grow there. Legend says that the ruins of the old civilisation that lived in these regions are infested with dangers. The great temple of Shizor has been marked as one of the four great ruins od Soria, magic seems to be at work in it's dark corners...

The Sjitzi Swamps is one of the regions of Soria, the adventure map I'm making.

I tried to give them a gloomy look, and I think I succeeded pretty well. I'm pleased with the final picture, the combination of big vined trees, carved rocks and pools looks great.

In the region there are several dungeon like ruins, a greater shrine and of course the Shizor Ruins. The style of the ruins was inspired by indonesian ruins, like the ones in the movie 'Jungle Book', loved that movie when I was a kid =P
