Hey again!
It's been a little while since I posted, but I'm back with a new domus design. The goal of this build was to, in some sense, create a "hybrid" between the standard domus design (with all the rooms, atrium, peristylum, etc.) and the poorer, single room houses. It also has the advantage of being fairly easy to build in survival, since it does not require a tremendous amount of resources or planning. And equally important, it's nice for Roman role-play servers since not all players have giant families, and thus do not need giant domus - it's the ancient bachelor pad!
The build contains: an entrance area, atrium, office, bedroom, library, shop, storage, courtyard (with kitchen area), shrine, and a medicus' clinic. There's also an upstairs leading to a balcony for a lounge.
I'm rather happy with how it turned out, and hope you agree. Thanks for stopping by!
As always, the structure is built using the Romecraft texture pack, initially started by Stugace but recently updated by the Romecraft community. I cannot present a link for it at this time, but stay tuned since a Romecraft role-play server is coming along soon. Hope you can join us!
