Full Fictional Description
Dieline is a nation located in the Eastern Seas, and the largest nation in the Spark Islands region. Dieline is bordered by a miniscule communist state ‘Kokato’ which threatens to attack Dieline if they stop providing food and supplies to Kokato. Dieline is divided into several regions and cities which each have their own elected government while the country itself is governed by a centralised senate using a mostly free market system. It is highly regarded that Dieline is amongst of the best for social security/welfare in the world. Areas that have their own independent governments include Grassview (The capital city), Rayoea City (2nd largest city), Bermount Bay (A port town), West Dieline (A new suburban area which also covers all parts of undeveloped areas), Velstone City (A working class city) and Dieline Bay (The founding township of the region).

How to install:
PC: Drag the 'Dieline10.XX' folder into C:/Users/Yourusername/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/saves
Mac: Drag the 'Dieline10.XX' Folder to Yourusername/Library/Application Support/minecraft/saves

Note
Around 95% of the city was made by myself. Ericville and Koku Town was made in collaboration with Pennel4. Most boats and the cruise ship was made by TheChriZ1995 while many of the planes were made by TheOfficialNano. Thanks I3078 for giving ideas in simplifying the metro system.
