Pelican Point
Overview:
Pelican Point is a remote island with some rocky cliffs, dense forests, and blossom-covered trees. A grand arch has been eroded on one side of the island that serves as an entrance to a large lake within. A number of rocky outcrops surrounding the island have traditionally made Pelican Point a difficult destination to sail to. Local shipmasters and captains refuse to navigate the gusty seas surrounding 'the Point' if there is any hint of a storm brewing; many a seafarer has met their end by being too eager to land on the ancient, splendid isle.
Insights:
I originally created Pelican Point in 2020 but have been sitting on this map without posting it for some time. I recently rediscovered it buried in my files and was pleased when I loaded it up in-game. I created the base of this map using WorldMachine, completed the majority of the work in WorldPainter, made tweaks in-game, and rendered the map in Chunky v1.45.

Nice job with the arch/waterfall combo, that's a really cool feature not many WM/WP maps have.
