This modern mansion consists mostly of wool blocks and a relatively large garden fenced on the edges to give a bit of realism.
It has 6 rooms and a large underground bar area.
Use World Edit to try a variety of combinations (Ex. replace the white wool with dark logs and you'll have a nice semi-modern mansion. Command: //replace wool:white 17:1)
I did not decorate the interior for certain purposes.
