After building my first Yacht, I had an idea.
I thought baout building my first Villa, because out of my perspective, a Yacht needs a House and a House needs a Yacht.
This basically is the same map that had been used for my Yacht before, just with a Beach Villa.
If you like the Villa (or not), I would really appreciate all of you feedback, so that I am abled to change a few things on this Map or even get some new ideas that will help to improve my future buildings.

After reworking the villa and the yacht, I've decided to put the newly added details up on the internet
The villa is now supplied with even more leaves and wood! I've also added a garden, both to the inside and outside of the villa
The yacht just got some small Detail changes to it, but no huge changes have been made.
