Hello and welcome! This is my entry in the "Behind the Picket Fence"Solo Contest!
This was my first time to participate in PMC contest and it was really fun!This house was really big challenge for me, I build it 2 weeks and 1 week I was just adapting to the normal texture because I didn't play on it for 2 years. After that it was really easy to build this house. I build it in my "city" world and I build it next to the beach and I really like it so I world edit it to the "Behind the Picket Fence" map and it looked really good.This house is Modern looking beach house with 2 floors, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms and a really big garden with trees, pool and outdoor cinema.
On the 1st floor we have living room, kitchen and bathroom, and on the 2nd floor we have another living room with 2 balconys (in my city world one was looking at the beach and other one was looking at the city) and a master bedroom.
In this house I used a lot of custom heads to decorate some empty spots like pool or living rooms.
