This is a second modern Flat / Appartement I built.
It uses alot of blocks to make most of m are clay blocks.
Its not really survival friendly but you can make 1 room :)
I tried my best to make a cool room.

Also this is buildt using the flow HD 128x Texturepack With shaders mod so when you use those 2 things the building will look more amazing :)
