Welcome to ARCHIRE! My modern MINECRAFT CITY!
General information:
Due to missplaning I have to say that I won't continue building this city. That's also why it is at 95% (some Builds were never finished). Unfortunately the ressource pack won't work as it should in the newer versions, if you want to have the same look, change some textures from the default pack to the Flows HD! The pictures are not the newest version, but due to the ressource pack issues, I didn't want to take new ones. The downloadable map is from April 2020.You can use the map for whatever reason you like, if you want to use it in your videos/other creations, please just link my planetminecraft site!
The last thing I can say now is, that if you want to see more Minecraft City stuff (even better than this one), just follow my new project "Dynavee City"!

The end!
Thank you for your amazing Support! Unfortunately I have to announce, that this city is done, even though it is not finished. But some planing mistakes right at the start of the project and ressource pack issues made it nearly impossible to continue building.
I don't know what exactly is new to the last update (3 years ago) but there definately changed some things!
The pictures are the old ones but the map is at the latest stand (today).
For further information just read the project description, I've mentioned the most important things there.
But It's not over right now! I have a new project, better and more realistic than this one. If you want, check Dynavee City out on my account!

1. How did you start your city? i'm having a tough time figuring out how I should start my city.
2. Did you use any sort of world edit etc to help with your builds?

1. In this map I just started by building the first Houses by hand and placing each block by hand (many years ago). But I recomend using a custom made map, not a flat map as I did, because I wanted to have a river and couldn't make one later. It's much easier to first create your map (you can use worldpainter). But just go to Dynavee City, my new project, there you can see how I started, because it's farely new.
2. I did not use world edit, but I used the standard minecraft commands like fill and clone.
3. I don't know, that came somehow spontanious but I can't tell you now how exactly :D
