Build in the Indian style with a lot of fusion elements from western and eastern architectures. The city is enclosed in a wall and flanked by two great buildings. A citadel that stands alone in an island and a Monument that stands on a hill originally a site for the parliament building for the city but that is no longer necessary (I guess they will have to keep the parliament in the Citadel)
