Make sure you have the latest snapshot. It used /effect command.
MAC INSTALL:
Go to the top left on finder. It should say "Go".
Go into that and select go to folder. Type in ~/Library
Go to application support. Then open the minecraft folder. Go into bin. Replace the .jar file from mojang with the snapshot. 2 people or more to do the race.
