The Metropolitan Cathedral - Basilica of Manila
(or Manila Cathedral) is the official headquarters of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila dedicated to the Blessed Mary as Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, the Principal Patroness of the Philippines. It is located inside the Walled City of Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. The present cathedral is the 8th structure built around 1954 to 1958 after it was destroyed by the bombings of World War II. We can see the church's beauty and elegance by its Neo-Romanesque design, elaborate designs and the spirit of Spanish Philippines.
