Hey guys!

I wanted to share my new project: a little town with an adventure story.

I´m currently working in the script while I´m creating the town.

As you can see, there is only one house now, and paths but in the next update, it will be more things.

Littles stores or market places, a kids playground, farms, animal sanctuary, a graveyard, secret areas, ...




I´m working on names too.

Finally the project has a real name: "Westhollow. Help your neighbor"


I have chosen a series of tasks that Westhollow neighbors will ask you for. They will unlock more things and characters.

Also, as you can see in the video, there are some custom pets. They can be tamed with bones.

Some of the characters are already located on the map, but I have to add some more.

In my mind I have so many ideas. I want to make a litlle bit creepy story. The town is colorful, and you can not imagine there is darkness in this place. But first, I need to figure out how to make some special effects with command blocks.
I´ve been working with commands a little, but I want to make it more professional.

Special effects? like what? And I've done a few small adventure type things, and unless you're making it without any words, I find it's always better to get villagers to do dialogue with plugins and the like than just having books with exposition in chests

I meant special effects like sounds or particles. I know how to do that, but I want to do it right. I don´t want something fast and badly done.
I´m doing this in my free time so, that means, it´s maybe a slow project... but I´m enjoying it a lot. ☺

You could learn how to do /testfor commands. Those are really helpful with executing things like that. :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried, but sometimes doesn´t work, and I don´t have much time, because work, so I´m doing in a simple way. And that works, hahaha. ☺

They are. And might I recommend a church? They're great for aesthetic, as well as giving you plenty of places to hide things and a steeple for climbing if that's what you're into
