William A. Jones Memorial Bridge (simply known as Jones Bridge) is one of the well-known bridges in Manila that connects the districts of Ermita-Intramuros, and Binondo. This bridge was made after the destruction of Puente De Espana from floods. The first Jones Bridge was designed in Neo-Classical and Beaux Art styles from Juan Arellano in which statues, including @La Madre Filipina@ monuments were erected. The second Jones Bridge was constructed after its destruction from the bombs of World War II. It was funded then through Philippine Rehabilitation Act by US Bureau of Public Works. Recently, Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Dumagoso refurnished the bridge by installing classical style lampposts and installing vertical gardens in the middle of the bridge.
