Another estate I built on my friend's server. We were supposed to be RP'ing, so I made it an estate built by a lil' Goblin wizard/lawyer girl named Hanna. Long story where all that came from.



This estate is noticeably less complex than my others, as it only features an above ground portion. Though I did built the estate over a small bay, so I wouldn't have to dig out from under the manor in order to build it's basement.

This build features 5 wings to the manor. Going clockwise and starting from the front building; there's the entry wing with courthouse built into the upper levels, the guest wing with rooms and living space, the master wing, the ballroom and shipping office wing, and finally the workshop wing.
