The 9/10th Doctor's TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space)
It's dimensions are 64 x 64 x 128 blocks
Completely placed by hand, no single player commands used.
This took me a long time but I'm pleased with the result. I hope you guys like it too :D
I may add more rooms later (such as the library, companions rooms and maybe even the Doctor's room etc.)

Squares - 16x16 with 18x18 boarders
Windows - 4x6, 6 of these with 1 block frame between then 2 block thick boarder around all of that.
Gaps between squares and squares above - 4
Gaps between squares and sides - 3
