Ghost Ship
Horror Adventure Map
For Single Player & Multiplayer

REQUIRES OPTIFINE 1.19.4
If you are playing with Shaders, i recommend Complementary Shaders (They were used to build the map/seen in the trailers)

Welcome aboard the Ghost Ship. Through the fog one fateful night, the ship appeared close to Roger’s Midway Dock. Upon inspection, the ship was identified as a missing cargo ship that carried chemicals back in the 60’s. There were no distress calls, no contact, nothing when it went missing. It just, disappeared. Now, it has surfaced from the depths of the unknown. Would you like to be the first to explore it? You might be the first to fall victim to it’s undead, and mutated crew.

This adventure map will contain horror elements, custom models, custom textures, and is multiplayer compatible, but can of course be played in single player.

    -Story-

    You have arrived at Roger's Midway Dock, a dock in the center of the North Atlantic Ocean. Originally just stopping for fuel to get you back home, you find yourself in the middle of a mystery. The fog lays thick as an abandoned ship appears near the dock. The locals, and other fisherman located on the dock identify the ship as the missing "La Petite Mort". It was a French cargo ship that went missing back in the 60's. the Petite Mort was transporting chemicals for bio-warfare testing. Rumors spread when the ship was reported missing that it was purposely sunk by the Navy in order to prevent the delivery of the chemicals. Other rumors carry a more grim tone. In ghost stories, it has been said that the chemicals spilled, causing a rift between the world of the living, and the world of the dead, to open, and release a creature into the sea to drag the ship to it's depths. Either way, there are valuables on the ship, some worth millions. Care to climb aboard the ghost ship, and witness its horrors? There is always room for more crew members.

Hi! Looking for a map for a youtube video. Is this multiplayer compatible? If so, how many players does it support? Apologies if this is stated on the page already and I missed it! This map looks sick, can't wait to play!

Thank you for the compliment on it :) Yes, it is multiplayer compatible. I personally recommend 3-5 players based off the amount of items. It’s tough sharing with other players lol. All the command blocks are directed for everybody though so it works single player, and multiplayer. I’m gonna fix the description to make it more visible. Looking forward to watching :)

Hey man, good job on finishing the map! And always go for more, for each map you make, there can always be a one that'll best it, and as long as you follow that guideline, you'll continue to improve on your work!

Anyways, loved hearing you little "story" for the last hours of building the map, and you sound like somebody who's very passionate about his craft, I think joining my mapmaking server could help you get tips, feedback and just talk to other fellow map builders/players!

I would love to, but I am currently devoting all my time after this to helping out in a resource pack team that i am a part of called The End Is Extremely Nigh (Which you actually need to play this map) But thank you again!

Look forward to hearing your opinions on the playthrough!
