* The Economy In Fallout Revelations Is a Player & NPC Set Economy:
* All Items In game have a Set Trade amount Based Off of Past Fallout Game Ingame prices,
some items may be far more expensive over all in one location than in others if that
item is rare there, Over time item prices may increase per area if that item is solid
less. If the item is sold alot in one place prices may plummet. Prices are always
resettable to default or specified items can be reset by admin.

Its all really Relative "you'll run into stuff that will crush you, and you will have to run away." Sometimes theres Zones where monsters are whatever your level is, it all just depends on whatever area you enter.
During fast travels ONLY highest Leveled Players have a higher chance of encountering Legendary Creatures.
