The city is going to be split into zones:
1.Up Town: This will be my Times Square and City Hall area. Nicer, taller, modern buildings.
2.Down Town: This will be my, well, down town area. Tall buildings. Lots of street level stores and raised offices and apartments
3.Old Down Town: The Historical district with the mayor's mansion and older style buildings that is south of Down Town. Lots of two to three story ma-n-pa shops and aging theaters.
4.Felony Flats: This zone with include lots of run down homes and apartments, as well as two prisons, a state and a federal.
5.Leefield Heights: A wealthier residential area east of Up Town. Lots of mansions and larger houses. Will include a large high school. Will also include one elementary and one middle school.
6.South Ellington: A lower income zone with many town houses that borders old down town on the south side. Two to three story buildings mostly. Will include three elementary, two middle, and one high school.
7.West Ellington: Your standard American suburb with small two door garage houses, sidewalks, trees, and spacious back yards. Will also include two large malls.
