This is a concept modern house I have built on at the Infinite Architects Society [IAS] server. The concept behind this house is not as much for its aesthetics but more about problem solving. The problem I was trying to fix with this concept is the idea of having a fully functional house in as little of a footprint as possible, hints the name "Compact".

This build has a fully furnished interior including one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dinning, a living-room, laundry room, and a patio at the top. So if you enjoyed this build please leave a diamond and favorite. Also, if you haven't already subscribe for more content!

Looks nice. You said you didn't necessarily focus on asthetics, and I can see that, but it has a sense of elegance, especially on the exterior. I love the verticality of the project, even if layout and functionality is sacrificed. It reminds me of the old monolithic WTC towers. They were massive featureless boxes, but still said to be some of the best towers ever. Part of that is the fact that people feel bad talking bad about them, but it is partly the monolithic nature of them, which is what I see here. You have that plain simple look that characterizes that style. Good job, you did well.

Sorry for such a long message, I am in a car and bored af. This wasted like 10 minutes.

I'd not be suprised if higher buildings like this were in cities at a later point.
