I had been scouring the web for a chicken cooker that works in Minecraft 1.2.5 to no avail. After weeks of testing I finally discovered a perfect method for cooking chickens and collected their drops!

The world save is fully explained with the video on this page. The working designs are the ones in the back. The sizes and everything are non-specific so that you can fit them into your world however you wish.

what if you make more doors in the room where they die. will they see more room for escape then?

Possibly, but I don't think it matters. They all leave the maturing chamber eventually, 95% within at least a minute. It's worth a try though.
