If you open the rar file there will be a map called: Ferullo's Guns Mod - Map made by me, go to your .minecraft and you will see a file called 'saves' open that and put the map in there and youre good.

.rar files need an archiver (7zip or winrar) to be opened

i'm not going to download an archiver just for a map
