Hello again!
I wanted to share this project i've been working on, i hope you all like it!
another name i would have used ;-)
(Luxurious Luminaires)
Although it works fine in vanilla, i've tested the original commands on a recently updated spigot server and it worked like a charm!!
(to get the second command working just place a redstone block beside the command block instead of clicking the sign)

If you're having trouble with certain commands not working in spigot
using command blocks then likely you need to edit the commands.yml file.
It's located in the server root folder. http://wiki.bukkit.org/Commands.yml
Add this to the file and it should fix any issues you might have had:
command-block-overrides:
- give
- clear
- tp
- summon
- setblock
- fill
- effect
- spawnpoint
- kill
- scoreboard

I was able to build the machine, but there is no "remove lamp" stone like in your video, so i cant delete my lamps. Do you know how I can get a remove lamp stone? Thank you.

Then just delete the barrier blocks
/entitydata @e[r=2,type=ArmorStand,name=UDBL] {Marker:1b}
As for the clocks theres a way, after the clocks are placed to just run the commands that move the 'pendulum'
That way you can cut down on 'lag'
I can't wait to see the update to your map!
