Really enjoyed this one.

'Beneath the Lamppost' is my latest experimental build. Following my builds inspired by paper and books, I decided to try something new. In this project, I created a simple scene of a woman holding an umbrella in the rain, while standing under a single light source.

Using that single light source, I painted the build by creating light and shadow, trying to be as realistic as possible. This effect was achieved using different colors and gradients of blocks.

Note that in every render, no light sources and no shadows were added- all of them were created in-game.

The build was created over the span of about 2 days, and was a massive step outside my comfort zone. I really enjoyed it however, and would love to try something in this style again.
