The current items you can stack to 32 are: Buckets (all types, lava, water, milk), Doors (both types, iron and wood), Signs, and Minecarts (all types also, normal, storage, and furnace). Please leave me some feedback, tell me if you like it, love it, hate it, want more, have any ideas, or anything else! Can I get a diamond?
be warned: When you use a stack of buckets, make sure you un-stack them, before use. Otherwise, the whole stack will disappear, and that's no fun, is it?
