Important notices
If you are prone to motion sickness or weird images of some other sort, think twice before using this shader. You may not be in for a good time.
This is an OptiFine shader - you will need the OptiFine mod to use this. No, it will not work without OptiFine!
This shader is purely visual. Although your world will look like it is tearing itself to pieces, nothing will actually happen to it.
Installation
After you have installed OptiFine, download the zip file, then open Minecraft, go to Options -> Video Settings -> Shaders -> Shaders Folder. A folder should pop up; drop the SineCraft.zip file into that folder. Simply select "SineCraft.zip" from the shader menu in Minecraft and enjoy... if that's possible.
About
SineCraft is a shader which heavily messes up how your world looks. Why you would want to use it, I don't know. I was just messing around while trying to make waves in water when I realized what an abomination I could turn the Minecraft world into. The basic idea of what I did was that I added the x, y, and z coordinates of each block's corner, and then moved that corner by the sine of the sum, which is why the shader is called "SineCraft". I seriously don't have any idea why anybody would ever use this shader, maybe for an "impossible" challenge? Good luck with that. I seriously beg you to not even think of trying this in VR.
You can also press the "Shader Options" menu in the shader menu to configure the shader to your own tastes. Hovering over each option may tell you a little more about it, but I encourage you to play around and see for yourself. It really gets crazy if you pick the right (or wrong) options and values.
Redistribution
In the unlikely case that you wish to redistribute this horrible monstrosity, go ahead. It didn't take that much code to make this, and you could probably write it in less than 2 hours.

Playing with the settings, especially the animation, is a horrible experience. 10/10
