Minecraft Server Enderman NoBlockPickup

In this mod for Servers Enderman stop picking up your blocks randomly and griefing. This mod is for Multiplayer only.
HowTo!
1. Install minecraft_server.jar from minecraft.net.
2. Download winrar
3. Open Minecraft_server.jar using Winrar
4. Drag the files inside the Zip folder into minecraft_server.jar
All done!
Start your server and Enderman will permanently stop picking up your blocks! Note: Your server does not need Modloader and people can join without any mods!
If you need any mods or have any requests for me Just ask me! I will do it under 24 hours :-]

EDIT: I saw the thing below about making things for a person and yeah I see where your coming from, I did the same thing with one of my (albeit not very good) textures for my friends. I deleted it because he didn't want it.
