1. Are you playing this mod with other mods? If so I suggest playing it stand-alone. I never tested it with other mods to see how well it functions so keep this in mind.
2. Since I am no longer working with the programmer that helped create this build I sadly cannot fix certain issues, but I will try my best to help!
3. The main error I see here is that it's missing a block texture called "glyceyrin.png" . After going through the downloads files there are no items that are under this that I provided in this mod.
4. I also see you used Optifine. As much as I love using that mod I never tested this with LD in mind. I think that could be another possible issue that could be causing the crashes!
Try testing the mod without Optifine if possible, and make sure no other big mods are present in your MODS folder
