Does it work for 1.7.10?

how about being able to tame normal creepers by giving them some item?... (they'd change color or get a collar and follow/help the player) these creepers don't kill themselves by exploding and will give you friendly confetti explosions sometimes. oh and ore creepers should only spawn in caves.

How about a "Derpy Creeper" that runs around in circles saying derp over and over again!
And a Poison creeper that, duh, poisons you.
Creepager- A creeper villager. You can trade with him but instead of 1xemerald that he wants, It will be 1xTnt instead. Has all the same trades as villagers and spawn in Underground Villages.
Creeper Golem- Like an iron golem but you build it with TNT. It protects you by shooting fireballs and throwing TNT at all hostile mobs exscept creepers. If you hit it, it will kill you. Has 100 health 
Evil creeper boss- Has red eyes, and shoots fireballs, and throws TNT at you. Has 200 health, and is bigger than a normal creeper
Armored creeper- Like a regular creeper, except it looks like it is wearing green armor, and can blow up twice before dying. It has 50 health and upon killing can drop some of its armor, which is as good as iron but very blast resistant.
Fat creeper- A very fat creeper whose explosion is three times as big as a creeper. It also moves very slowly. Has 40 health
Tiny creeper- It's very fast, has 8 health, and only does 1 damage.
Creeper with arms- Hits you a few times like a zombie and then explodes.

Does any one else have the problem that these creepers wont actually attack you insted they will just follow you and not do any thing, and the lapiz creeper drops ink sacks

I suggest there be an invisible creeper, just to trol those people that build lookout areas to watch for creepers.
