This is some skin to add into my personal lore...
After the age of redstone engineering after the rise of the arch-illager, the fiery forge engineers and workers though that the idea of making golems was far unefficient and difficult... not only that, they found it like a big waste of resources since those golems would eventually die... so the illagers came up with a brand new idea... the idea of making redstone powered small machines that would resemble the anatomy of an illager to perfection; they begun a new project of redstone vindicators.

Redstone Vindicators would be small brothers to the redstone golems and redstone monstrosities. They would serve as the redstone counterpart that resembles a vindicator or the illager kind in general to a close level, up to the point that these redstone machines would replicate almost the same attacks and movements a vindicator and other illagers do.
Redstone Vindicators would mostly come in small groups during the raids sometimes. Before attacking their targets, they would charge themselves, which would also charge the iron axe they use, and nextly, they would begin to run pretty quickly towards their targets and would deal critical damage to their targets. They would eventually begin running slower until they have to charge again. They would deal the same damage as piglin brutes, but they would also be stronger than piglin brutes, since they would have 60 health and 8 armor points. These machines would also be killed faster with pickaxes.
At last, the way these illagers would manage to create these small war machines, would be simply by putting a tall skull into a small redstone mold, and right after, they would use magic to bring the redstone vindicator to life, making them act similarly to redstone golems, but far weaker.
