This is Nugget, a mascot of a game called Elysian Eclipse. According to Wauzmons himself, Nugget has committed a lot of warcrimes (exploding like a creeper adds another indictment to its crime list), so you can fight with him with no consequences whatsoever. Sorry if proboscis looks crappy...
